2 strokes have reed valves in the cylinder, and if they aren't closing fully (usually due to carbon build-up), compression and power will be lost. You will need a service manual to check piston and cylinder specs.
A-C manuals are rather expensive, BTW. It might be cheaper to buy a rebuild kit and just overhaul it.

I think i will get a rebuild kit for it anyways but I will start looking for a manual so I know the right torque to set everything and i also read somewhere that there could be built up gunk and stuff in the exhaust so i might have to take the exhaust off and try to clean it, if anything I have another bike that is the same but it is just spare parts.
