Is this a 2 stroke? I see under the seat there looks to be an oil tank. Does this mix oil itself. Do i mix oil and gas myself and disregard that is under seat. Considering i can't figure out how to get the seat off.
Any help would be great. All it does is die after it starts when i give it gas.
Thoughts?

Yes it is a 2 stroker. You can mix the oil and gas yourself.
Seeing as how old it is, the carb is most likely plugged up.
