Anyone know of a good video that goes thru the wheel bearing replacement of an 4x4 manual shipt solid rear axle old Cat?
Have done a few bearing replacements on trailers & other small simple equip many years ago but haven't had grease on my paws in many years, could use a little help getting thru the boot/cv joint areas etc. to do the job. Been putting this off for many years, kids got it out of storage & finally used up every bit of life in front bearings.
Appreciate any DIY tips you can offer.
PS - Dealer replaced fronts years ago while on warranty, are there any upgrades to the bearings or after markets that have better seals? Water and sand seems to be the problem.
