I'm new to the forum and need help please. 97 Fourtrax needs rear bearing replacement. I have removed the axle but would like to know how differcult it is to get to the bearing at the Drive component? The bearing at the brake drum was shot so thought while i had it apart I would replace both.
Any pics or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have to disassemble the final drive to replace them bearings. More than likely they are still good since they run in lube all the time. If they have no play I wouldn't worry about them.
