Yes you just go to one of the qualifiers and race. if you finish in the top 4 in your class you can get a qualifier sheet from the track for $5 and fill it out and give it back to the track. they will also give you a pre entry form for you to take home and fill out to mail to HLR Motorsports with your entry fee for the championship race.
The championship race will be AMA sanctioned so you will need a ATVA or AMA card.

You said we are having a ATV Amature Championship, who are "we".
You said that the final will be a AMA event for the championship.
Is AMA holding events out side of the ATVA.
Will there be a ATVA Amature Champion and a AMA ATV Amature Champion???????????????
