i just got a cannondale and i thought the starter was the problem, the atv will roll start fine. had the starter rebuilt today and the same problem it sounds like the starter is turning but not turning the engine. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a one-way clutch problem or stripped flywheel.

i talked to the local atv dealer and he thought it was the one way clutch bearing also, any one no where to get the parts to fix it i have no clue

there is a site called black widdow atv they have a part called complete starter clutch assembly i have heard people call the one way bearing that just wondering if that is the same thing

The one-way clutch is also called a sprag clutch. Since they are calling it a starter clutch, I would imagine that it is the one-way, yes.
